A small shoebox can teach a child about the love of God, lead him or her to faith in Christ, inspire pastors, and plant new churches. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out is eternal. Be a part of changing lives through the power of a simple gift.
Drop Off Location
Sherwood Baptist Church is the Operation Christmas Child Drop-off Location for Odessa and surrounding areas. All shoe boxes packed by churches, organizations, businesses, groups and individuals can be dropped off at the Family Life Center during National Collection week, the third week in November.
Monthly Collection Items
We collect shoebox items each month for the church-wide shoebox packing party that takes place the second week of November. Below is the Collection Item schedule:
